Background

We’re strong believers that artists should get to live in neighborhoods with great quality of life. Too often, economic pressures force artists into places they otherwise wouldn’t choose to live … or they have to scrape by, paying rents that are too high for spaces that are too small.

Collinwood is a perfect alternative. Collinwood is located on the northeast side of Cleveland. Made up of diverse neighborhoods, the community abuts the upscale village of Bratenahl to the west, the City of Euclid to the east, Lake Erie to the north and I-90 ramps to the south, providing easy access to downtown Cleveland, University Circle and Cleveland’s eastern suburbs.

North Shore Collinwood offers a plethora of amenities, recreation and community institutions. Housing in the community is as varied as its people. We’re a quaint community of century-old cottages nestled between lakefront beaches and a bustling arts district. We’re where old-school polka is just down the street from new-school indie rock. We’re an urban laboratory for new creative concepts and a neighborhood steeped in decades of history. We’re grit. We’re natural beauty. We’re the epicenter of Rust Belt chic.
